Special Industry Tools

Inspecting a home properly requires a mixture of skills. For instance, it’s important to provide a physical examination, but it’s equally necessary to use some of the best tools in the industry.

Z

Thermal Imaging

This tool makes it easy for us to see the inside of your walls without ever breaking into them. Thermal imaging shows us leaks, insulation, and even pests inside your walls. It can also root out areas of heat loss and hot spots.

Z

Aerial Drone Photography

When it’s time to walk your roof but it’s unsafe to do so, we pull out our aerial drone. This enables us to inspect every inch of your roof, while keeping our feet on the ground.

Z

Moisture Meter

We seek out the source of moisture accumulations with this tool. It can also find related accumulations of mold, which could be a huge health hazard if not dealt with right away.

Z

Gas Leak Detector

Most people assume that a gas leak can always be smelled, but that’s not actually the case. When it comes to tiny leaks from your hot water heater, our gas leak detector can tell far earlier than the human nose.
